These are unprecedented times. Persistence and innovation are the key to overcoming it.
Certainly by now you have found yourselves deeply immersed in this new (and we hope temporary) normal we find ourselves in. Many businesses have rightfully shut down offices and locations either by personal conviction or by state order.
Luckily, we here at Firebrand have had the privilege all this time to have a fully 100% remote operation. All of our executives, designers, project managers, and administrative staff work fully out of our own homes, allowing us to avoid any interruption in our ability to provide excellent services to you.
With that, we wanted to confirm that we are, indeed, open and are here for you when you are ready.
We know, though, that being open and continuing on may not be easy for you right now.
Uncertainty can be a very paralyzing thing. “How long will this last? Will we have enough resources to get by? Will anyone need our services?” And the questions go on and on. It can be very upsetting.
I want to offer up some advice:
The worst thing you can do in a crisis is fully shut down and cease all communication with your audiences.
People are looking for some form of stability through a crisis and simply letting your customers and clients know that you’re still here can be quite reassuring.
The best thing you can do in a crisis is promote.
Promote. Promote. Promote. Tell everyone you’re here. Tell them all about what you can do. They may not be ready for you, especially in times like these, but when things do ease up, they’ll remember you.
We are here for you, and we are heavily invested in seeing you succeed.
This isn’t a sales pitch or a means to entice you on a phone call, but if you need our help, even just a quick gut-check on an idea you have, please call us, email us, or text us. We’d be very happy to simply help.
Stay safe, and we look forward to creating prosperous weeks and months ahead with you!
